Victoria Janus & Associates was founded on the principle and belief that success if fleeting and true success is only achieved  by growing, evolving and adapting, these foundations sit on the purest intent and desire to  see our clients  succeed, grow and prosper


We are a  "partnership" in the truest meaning of the word, that collaborates and works with our clients to achieve their goals and set new benchmarks for success. We support, empower and challenge whilst ensuring you have access to the experts and talent you need to succeed.


The three main pillars of our business; are the Provision of Non Executive Directors, outsourced Management Consultancy and retained Search & Selection Services.


Our mission is clear "to continually evolve and provide stratosphere level services and people, empowering our clients  and giving them access to the experts, products and  services they need to be victorious in their business journey". 


The Victoria Janus legacy will be written in the success of our clients.


Victoria Janus & Associates  was named after two roman gods that we felt represented our brand and that mission well.


Janus - The God of gateways, choices, time, transitions and new beginnings. He was depicted by a two faced effigy and was known to be able to see both the future and the past. Or as we like to consider it, one face analysing the journey  to date and one face planning  the future success of our clients.


Victoria - The roman god of Victory who was depicted with angel wings riding a chariot to victory, she was known to crown the triumphant  and was always their supporting her champion.

Who We Are

Victoria Janus & Associates is not your traditional management consultancy or advisory business,  nor are we your traditional search and selection agency.  


We are a Partnership Network that give our clients access to  a suite of services and experts, we operate extremely uniquely and blend our services specifically to clients requirements.


Our Partners & Associates come from varied backgrounds across a number of industry sectors and have one thing in common, they excel in their respective fields.


The team has experience of  fast growing, entrepreneurial SMEs as well as large complex corporates businesses.


Everyone is an expert and focused on  our clients growth and future success.


Our founder a senior director from a staffing and business development background spotted the need for a hub that would  give clients access to the best minds and talent in the space.

Our advisory arm specializes in providing non executive directors (NED) and advisory services to SMEs, our Partners come from various industry backgrounds and our founder works with each client to identify their needs and to align the correct NED for each phase of their business journey and rotates them as our clients grow.
